A detailed inspection of the building's facade was carried out;
Defects in the stone cladding and window sills were identified and documented;
Compromised areas, cracks and areas of delamination have been registered;
A detailed technical report on the condition of the facade has been prepared;
Recommendations for subsequent repair and restoration activities are given;
All activities were carried out via rope access by certified technicians for working at height;
The work was carried out without the use of scaffolding and without disrupting the functions of the building.
We carried out a project for a technical inspection of the facade of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria – an emblematic building with high architectural and public value, requiring a precise and gentle approach when carrying out activities.
The main goal of the project was to establish the current condition of the facade cladding, to identify defects and compromised areas, as well as to prepare a detailed technical report that would serve as a basis for subsequent repair and restoration activities.
As part of the inspection, a detailed inspection of the stone facade and window sills was carried out, identifying areas with impaired integrity, cracks, delaminations and other signs of depreciation.
All identified defects are systematized and described in detail in a technical report, including an analysis of the condition and recommendations for the necessary maintenance and restoration measures.
The activities were carried out via rope access (industrial mountaineering), which allowed access to all elements of the facade without the use of scaffolding and without disrupting the normal operation of the building.
