CHIMNEY INSPECTION
Our teams perform professional inspections of the condition of factory and industrial chimneys, safely and effectively reaching all hard-to-reach places. Among the inspections we perform are:
- Visual inspection of the external and internal surface, identification of geometric dimensions and thicknesses of the sections, as well as identification and recording of compromised areas;
- Non-destructive determination of the compressive strength of concrete in reinforced concrete chimneys;
- Identification of the reinforcement embedded in the foundations and bodies of the chimneys – diameter,
- number, pitch and other parameters;
Determination of the surface hardness of steel in the construction of metal chimneys; - Non-destructive measurement of the thickness of the metal in metal chimneys;
- Determination of the thickness of the anti-corrosion coating of metal structures;
- Inspection of the condition of welded joints using various methods;
- Geodetic recording when detecting deviation of the chimneys from their vertical axis.
