We successfully implemented a long-term project for maintenance and washing of the glazed and aluminum facades of the RVD (Air Traffic Control) building in Sofia – an emblematic and significant site with high requirements for vision and operation.
The project covers an area of over 6,000 sq m of external surfaces, with activities being carried out regularly – twice a year for 4 years. This approach guarantees a constant good condition of the facade and preservation of the representative appearance of the building.
The following were carried out within the framework of the contract:
All operations were carried out via rope access – a modern and effective method widely used when working on tall buildings and hard-to-reach places. The technology allows for quick and safe service without the construction of scaffolding and the use of platforms and heavy mechanization, which is particularly suitable for operating administrative and business buildings in urban environments.
Our teams were composed of highly qualified specialists in industrial mountaineering, who had undergone certified training for working at height. During the implementation, professional equipment and preparations were used, tailored to the different types of facade materials, ensuring a high level of safety and quality control.
The experience gained in similar projects positions the company as a reliable partner for facade maintenance, glass washing and work on high-rise buildings via rope access.
