We successfully implemented a specialized project to restore the anti-corrosion protection of three metal chimneys at the production facility of Sofia BT AD in Sofia. The project required a high level of technical expertise, precision and strict compliance with safety requirements when working at height.
The activities covered the treatment of a total of 198 sq.m of metal surfaces (chimney bodies with a diameter of ф 700), with all operations being carried out using the rope access method (industrial mountaineering). This approach allowed for effective servicing of the facilities without interrupting the production process and without the need to build scaffolding or use heavy lifting equipment.

The used coating system provides reliable protection of metal structures against corrosion, UV radiation and aggressive external factors, while extending the service life of the facilities.
Our teams were composed of certified specialists in industrial mountaineering with extensive experience in performing repair and anti-corrosion activities on high-rise industrial facilities. All work was carried out in strict compliance with safety standards and quality control.
