The roof structure has been redesigned to ensure effective drainage of rainwater to the drainage system;
A new complex waterproofing system with membrane coating has been implemented;
The sheet metal cladding has been replaced, new seamless gutters and downpipes have been installed;
A new metal mast has been installed to attach a radiotelephone antenna and lightning rod;
A new ventilation system has been built to the shaft of the sanitary facilities;
Internal renovations and partial replacement of the joinery have been carried out;
The facade of the building was treated in the compromised areas with skins, which were demolished and restored with sprayed waterproof plaster;
The building is painted with high-quality waterproof silicone-based paint.
The project includes a complete renovation and renovation of the administrative building of the State Enterprise “Dams and Cascades”, part of the structure of the National Electric Company. The project was implemented on an engineering (design and implementation) basis and includes a complex of construction activities aimed at improving the operational characteristics of the building, increasing safety and extending its operational life.
A significant part of the renovation activities were carried out using the alpine method (rope access) by certified technicians for working at height. The application of industrial mountaineering and high-altitude activities in the implementation of the project allowed:

Complete roof repair – dismantling of the existing roof structure and construction of a new one, ensuring effective drainage of rainwater
Installation of two-layer waterproofing of the roof – high-quality membrane system for long-term protection
Partial replacement of joinery and implementation of internal repair activities
Design and installation of a ventilation system tailored to the needs of the building
Construction of a new drainage system (guttering and downpipes)
Facade repair – restoration of compromised areas with waterproof plaster and painting
Installation of a metal antenna mast and lightning protection installation
